Mom and Dad's Big Dream

Recently I got a little bit of an 'inheritance' we'll call it (long story)... So we wanted to buy the kids a swing set/playground type thing. There was some on sale at Toy R Us, so we picked one out that we liked the layout of and thought we would just build a second platform on it to make it a little bigger. Of course we wanted the Costco one... buuuut they are a little too pricey.
So as per usual, I was scanning kijiji... someone has posted an ad for a used Costco set for maybe 1/3 of the cost new. You never know when people post what kind of condition it will be in, but they said it was only a couple years old so we thought we'd check it out. By no surprise, we fell in love and bought it. We still need to go back to Toys R Us and, uh, see about that deposit... oops.
But for now here are the photos of the before stages, just the little bits my hub has pieced together. This weekend it will all go together and then I'll stain it so it looks new again!
